About Our Senior Fitness Appointments
What should I expect during the appointment?
Each appointment includes 50 minutes of guided exercise one-on-one. Here’s what to expect:
We'll complete a balance and strength screening to get a clear picture of where you are
We'll go through your current activity level, health history, and personal goals
We'll guide you through a full session of targeted exercise
You'll leave with a customized home exercise program (HEP) built just for you
After your session, Dr. Ayana Graham, PT, DPT, will discuss how to build on your results, and flag if any additional services (like physical therapy or dry needling) might be worth exploring.

What Makes Senior Fitness Appointments Different?
One on One Attention
Every session is just you and your physical therapist. No group classes, no sharing time. Every exercise and recommendation is built around your specific goals and current abilities.
Flexible Scheduling
Life doesn’t fit one mold. Choose a schedule that works for you: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly.
You’re in control.
Built-In Accountability
Staying consistent is the hardest part. We show up as your accountability partner, keeping you motivated, tracking your progress, and adjusting your program as you improve.
No Insurance Restrictions
This is a fee-for-service program, so there are no insurance limitations and no referral required. Medicare Part B patients are welcome to participate.
Expert Guidance
You’ll have direct access to a physical therapist every session. Ask questions, get answers, and know that someone with real expertise is watching your movement and looking out for you.
Prevention-First Philosophy
This program isn’t about treating pain; it’s about staying ahead of it. We focus on function, wellness, and keeping you moving well for the long haul.
